1 .The XSD series Wheel Sand Washer combines the traditional wheel sand washer with the hydraulic classification box, which has high fine sand recovery rate, reasonable sand product grading, high fineness modulus wet weight, and low mud content.
2. Drainage uses a downward overflow method. Compared to the conventional upward overflow method,this reduces the occurrence of short circuit flows in the wheel sand washer and also extends the cleaning time for fine sand.
3. The drainage section is equipped with a tilting plate component to stabilize the periodie disturbances in drainage and simultaneously enhance grading perfomance, improving the recovery rate of fine sand.
