GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The SIRIO Microplate Reader is an interferential filier photometer controlled by a microprocessor designed to measure the light absorbance (optical density) of samples placed on microplates of 96 wells.
The photometer is composed of an optical and a mechanical system managed by microcomputer that enables to obtain accurate and quick measurements.
The measurements can be carried out with single, dual or multiple wavelengths. The photometer has eight channels and the measurement takes place simultaneously for eight samples;
