MultiTemp III circulates constant temperature liquid to external electrophoresis equipment. The liquid temperature range is -10 to +90°C. The unit contains KLEA 134a, an ozone friendly HFC-type coolant.
MultiTemp III both supplies coolant for high voltage techniques and provides temperature control at higher temperature (e.g. 60°C) when performing DNA sequencing.
