INTRODUCTION
It is recommended that the user of the PHC-1 should read this booklet thoroughly before attempting to operate the unit.
The aluminium block will accept up to 54 x 0.5m1 capped micro centrifuge tubes which can be rapidly heated and cooled in a set programme between 0°C and 99°C. The temperature setting range of the unit is 0 to 99°C, but operation is within the range 5°C above the temperature of the cooling water to 99°C.
