This item comes with a cell, but even after installing a new battery, I hear a click and there is no sign of the engine starting.
I think the cell motor may be faulty. It may be electrical.
However, it is possible to start the engine by recoil start. Put the key in the cell motor part to ON and just pull the recoil to start the engine.
We have confirmed this. If you want to start the engine easily by repairing the cell motor, I think you need to repair it.
It is still usable as usual. It has 7.5ps so it has power.
