The Agilent HP 8166A is a multichannel mainframe designed to host all types of 815xx and 816xx plug-in modules by HP Agilent. The 8166A is the larger mainframe in the 816xA product family. Suitable modules include DFB, Fabry-Perot, Attenuators, Tunable laser sources, optical power meters. This Mainframe can host 17 modules. It can be remote controlled by GPIB.
