Description:
This machine total 7M, 2 heating zone 2m*2, with one preheating zone and cooling zone.
The machine length7M,width:960mm,height:800mm(from the ground to crossbeam),IR oven size 2000mm*350mm *2, input and output size 1500mm*150mm,there with 800mm preheating oven at entrance,800mm cooling zone at output area. IR heating oven with 12pcs heater 8.4KW,preheating oven 3pcs heater 2.4KW,cooling zone draught fan 370W
IR Drying tunnel for variety of screen printing, pad printing and spraying thermosetting ink processing such as heat press, electric products, ( silicon, electric membrane film key press, window glass. )
This conveyor dryer is widely used in the drying of screen printing industry,is especially suitable for solidifying heat-set and special type of printing ink.This tunnel dryerenables the production of printed products with good colorfastness, high flexibility and high gloss.
