バイオリーダーは、前方搭載型のマルチウェルプレートリーダーで、単細胞解像度を持ちます。
通常、Elispot、Plaque、CFUのカウントに使用されます。
独自の適切なデュアルテレ協力光学系は、単細胞解像度の透過型フォトメータのように機能します。
つまり、基板上の各点の光学密度および光学密度の分散を測定できます。
